As a Tickets Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing ticket orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service or sales, and will be able to work independently with little supervision. Tickets sales representatives will need to focus on providing excellent service to their customers. Requirements:

• English skills average or above (B2+);

• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written);

• Experience in a client-focused, travel services environment (will be an advantage);

• Sales experience (will be an advantage);

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities;

• Able to quickly grasp new concepts;

• Negotiation and time management skills;

• Ability to work Night Shift;

• Courteous, professional telephone manner.
