Samarkand, Uzbekistan

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate freight movement efficiently

Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers

Monitor shipments and ensure on-time deliveries

Solve logistical challenges and optimize routes

Requirements:

Must have previous experience as a dispatcher in a trucking/logistics company

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Ability to work U.S. daytime hours (EST) – 7 days a week

Strong communication and multitasking skills
