Darstop, an innovative online learning platform, is looking for a Customer Support Team Member to assist students, parents, and teachers with inquiries, technical support, and general assistance. We are seeking a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Fluent or Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written)
Prior experience in customer support, education support, or a related field (preferred)
Ability to handle inquiries from students, parents, and teachers in a professional and friendly manner
Comfortable using online chat, email, and phone support tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
Flexible availability between 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET)
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to student, parent, and teacher inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Assist with technical issues, account setup, and platform navigation
Guide users on course registration, scheduling, and policies
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Ensure a positive user experience by providing helpful and empathetic support
